At Value Canvas Prints, we take pride in producing high-quality canvas prints and personalised wall art. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may ask for a photo of the fault/damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if required.
Personalised & Custom Orders
As all of our canvas prints are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or made a mistake in the uploaded design/photo.
Exceptions apply if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described – in which case you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Non-Personalised Items (Frames, Accessories, etc.)
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Provide your order number, contact details, and photos if applicable.
We’ll confirm whether a return or replacement is approved and provide instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel non-custom items (such as frames or accessories) within 14 days of delivery for any reason and receive a refund.
Because all of our canvas prints are personalised and made to order, this right to cancel does not apply to them. However, if your canvas print arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are still entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
